According to product flows, we may process:

  • Conversation data, messages, attachments, and service history.
  • Operational data from CRM, calendar, integrations, automation, and funnels.

Wapzi may share data with infrastructure providers, communication tools, AI providers, storage services, analytics, payment providers, integrated channels, and other partners required to run the platform, always observing appropriate contractual and technical measures.

  • Use of access controls and logical segregation by account.
  • Monitoring, logs, and protection measures against misuse.
  • Adoption of security best practices compatible with the size and nature of the operation.

7. Retention and Deletion

Data is kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations, audits, fraud prevention, and regular exercise of rights. When applicable, data may be anonymized or deleted upon a valid request.
